Getting started Should you wish to make use of the eBDN, whether you are an existing or a new customer please follow the following quick and easy steps and you will soon be able to make use of this service. STEP 1 Our key account managers are eagerly awaiting your call. If you do not know who your key account manager is, please contact your regional sales manager at the following numbers for assistance: Western Cape (021) 590 5553 Eastern Cape (041) 508 4223 KwaZulu-Natal (031) 336 3582 Central Provinces (051) 402 4011 Witwatersrand (011) 495 0500 Northern Region (012) 339 7144 Your key account manager will also be able to assist you with setting up your account and capturing your eBDNs. STEP 2 A pre-formatted template will be faxed or e-mailed to you. Please refer to the section "HOW TO COMPLETE THE eBDN - FAXING AND E-MAIL OPTION" To obtain the template please visit www.postoffice.co.za/ebdn and click on the "Forms" button and select the "Fax and e-mail template" link. You will be required to complete the eBDN on the template, and fax or e-mail it to the nearest bulk mail hub. The capturing clerk will confirm your sales order number by communicating it back to you. You will be required to indicate the order number on the new eBDN thereafter your lodgement could be sent to the mail centre/hub.
