Procedure The Post Office regional sales managers must approve the design of the insignia. This, together with the official trademark, will afford the Post Office some legal protection against companies that may attempt to copy or forge a registered client's permit insignia or number. Important The Permit Mail system, requires the client pay for the mail at the counter where normal income protection procedures will be followed. Application The application form will be made available by e-mail to all regional sales managers who can then print the quantities they require. Clients simply contact their regional sales office and complete the application forms. Copies of all approved insignia must be filed at the regional sales manager's office. Copies of these must also be forwarded to Head Office Marketing at month end, together with the attached monthly report form where it will be stored in a central database. |
