Quality and quantity criteria

Criteria The quality and quantity criteria for parcels posted are important for accurate and timeous processing. These criteria are explained below. Presentation Parcels must be - well packed; correctly addressed; correctly labelled; and sorted in product types (ie COD, insured). Other specifications The following are important to remember: A return address and correct postcode must appear on the parcel. The correct postcode is a prerequisite and must appear immediately below the name of the destination post office, not after it. The correct fonts must be used in the address. Addresses must be in block format, written horizontally and printed clearly on white or light-coloured background. Addresses may not contain any punctuation.
