- To navigate your way through the different sections of this CD, simply click on the "NEXT" button which can be found at the bottom of each section.
- Alternatively, you can go to the index page, and click on the relevant section which you wish to view. This will link you through directly to that section, you can then continue to move through the pages using "NEXT", or go back using "BACK".
- Should you wish to return to the index page at any time during navigation, simply click on the "INDEX" button to be found at the bottom of each page.
