Notice: Temporary Suspension of Mail Dispatches to the UAE and Other Affected Countries

Please be informed that mail dispatches to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the following countries are temporarily suspended:

Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Eritrea, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, Russia, and Israel.

This suspension is due to operational disruptions beyond our control. Customers who have already sent mail items to these affected countries may experience delays.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Below please find an updated list of countries that are connecting via Air.

The list of countries that we are unable to ship directly to but can connect with through other countries is also available. New Zealand is included in this list.

Surface mail to Brazil - Not available.

Airmail to Brazil - Available.

Airmail to Israel - Suspended until further notice.

Kindly be reminded to declare the contents of the items to prevent any delays.

Customers are also encouraged to use the Customs Declaration System when mailing items to international destinations.
