The National Customer Service Call Centre offers a diverse array of services. In addition to managing inquiries for our Transport and Logistics Business Units, the National Customer Service Centre is responsible for item tracking.

Additional services include DOCEX, which includes the tracing of legal documents, support for ad-hoc initiatives managed by the Post Office, and Post Box Enquiries. 

The centre receives all general enquiries and complaints from customers.

Customer service offers a credit card facility (Telemarketing) that enables the customer to place orders online and over the phone. These customers typically acquire postage stamps in bulk, using envelopes that include postage.
