Customers can use the international reply coupon service to pre-pay the postage for a reply from a correspondent in another country. Coupons sent abroad can be exchanged for one or more postage stamps that indicate the minimum amount of postage that must be pre-paid on an airmail letter. The vouchers are available at all Post Office branches.

Small packets and letters can be registered with the international mail service, but may not be insured.

Value-Added international mail services

Value-added options include express delivery, registration, insurance and advice-of-delivery (AR). As these add-on services are not available to all countries or for some categories of mail, enquiries should be made at Post Office branches to find out if these add-on services are available for their chosen destination. Registered items must be posted at Post Office counters and not in street post boxes.
